Most customers use a bubble envelope to ship their smaller devices.
iPad's please use bubble wrap or packing peanuts and a sturdy box USPS has these for free.
Please Only send us your device ONLY, no need to send power cord or usb cable.
WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOU SEND ANYTHING OTHER THEN YOUR DEVICE.
SHIP DEVICE ONLY, NO CASES.
Please add a copy of your order with your device.
We let you know when we get your device and keep you updated during the repair and provide you tracking on your order once it has been shipped.
