:: Below are the 5 steps of getting your devices fixed with iMaster Repair.


STEP 1. Choose Your Repair

Browse our site and find which iPad you have and part you need replaced. If you aren’t sure, we offer a diagnosis as well.


STEP 2. Checkout

When you checkout, you will choose a return shipping method on how you would like us to mail your unit back to you. Take advantage of our discounted shipping rates and for only $8.50 we can email you a prepaid shipping label USPS Priority 2-3 days w/tracking!


STEP 3. Drop your iPad off

Package your iPad with plenty of padding in the box of your choosing and drop it off at your nearest shipping center/drop-off location with your prepaid USPS label attached.


STEP 4. We Repair Your Device

Once we receive your iPad, we will repair and replace the parts requested. If there is damage above and beyond the requested repair, we will notify you immediately for a discussion about how you would like to proceed.


STEP 5. Ship Your iPad back

After the repair is complete, we will ship your device out right away based on the shipping type you had previously selected and notify you when it’s on its way back with a tracking number.
